1.2. Definitions

Seller: the operator of the online store (as defined in 1.1.). Buyer: any person who enters into a purchase contract with the Seller. Product / Meal: a freshly prepared food item. Purchase price: gross price including VAT.

1.3. General description

By making a purchase, a purchase contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. The contract is concluded electronically, recorded by order number for 8 years. The language of the contract is English / Hungarian.

II. Order Process

2.1. Placing an order

Online orders: 07:00–21:00 daily. Phone order deadline: 10:00. Daily menu deadline: 10:00.

2.2. Order confirmation

An automatic confirmation is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address. If it does not arrive within 48 hours, the Buyer is released from the binding offer (Act CVIII of 2001, Section 6).

III. Delivery

Home delivery to Berettyóújfalu (4100) and surrounding settlements listed in the Delivery Information. Delivery fee: HUF 200. Personal collection at the restaurant is also available. Delivery window for daily menu: 10:30–13:00.

IV. Payment

Online card payment (Barion) – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
Cash on delivery
Cash payment in person at the restaurant

V. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal as the meal is a freshly prepared food item with a short shelf life – pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), Section 29(1)(l).

VI. Warranty

In case of defective performance (e.g. incorrect item, quality not matching description), the Buyer may assert warranty claims pursuant to Act V of 2013 (Civil Code). Claims must be raised on the day of receipt. In case of our error, the Buyer is entitled to a price reduction or full refund.

Every complaint is investigated within 30 days and the Buyer is notified in writing.

IX. Final Provisions

Hungarian law governs these Terms and any disputes arising from them. These Terms are valid indefinitely.
